Yes we have found a major restriction on the stock turbine housing and testing of our ported unit is going to be here soon. Pictures for you to enjoy.

I suspect that with the ceramic and additional flow we should see anywhere from 15 to 30 WHP gains.

Casted alumn and iron have a LOT of material left over from the casting process. Generally, enlarging these holes, flows more air/exhaust. There is a methodology to porting. You just cant go in there and go ape shit with removing material. Thats why having a flowbench is an invaluable tool.

Better yet if you have access to a smoke machine its ever better. This way you can see the flow and what porting changes make to the directional flow of the smoke.

You should be ready for this weekends install. I hope to have the quick connects all figured out for the check valve here very soon. I have 3 different types on there way to I can confirm that they fit the stock hard line and work with the check valve that we have used in the past with great luck.

Thanks. Turbo will be shipping out next week as well. So you had better be ready for turbine dyno and then turbo dyno's damn near back to back. As soon as you get the turbine on the car let me know if there are any felt differences and remember, 3 heat cycles on that ceramic or you will have prolbems with it flaking.

Yes, the flapper hole is 10% bigger and countoured to help with flow.
