I've done a little searching but whats the consensus on the stock numbers for MS3. I have an 08.5 but I don't think it matters.

Stock hp to wheels?
tq
Stock boost lvls? Avg: peak:

any charts or anything round here to back it up?

I have COBB sri and synapse bov, what numbers do you think I'm at?
Thanks

I wouldn't be too concerned with dyno #'s as they vary a lot depending on several different factors, the major factor being which dyno you use. From my understanding a Mustang Dyno gives the most accurate results or the lowest #'s. As far as WHP and WTQ #'s for a stock MS3, from what I’ve seen it seems to be about 220-240whp and 240-260wtq. An intake normally adds about 20 or more whp and wtq.

As far as boost I do know that a stock MS3 peaks at 15.6 PSI an intake normally increases peak boost to 1 - 1.5 PSI higher than stock. Some say the stock BOV is a piece of shit and replacing it with an after market BOV helps the car hold boost. However, I don't know because I'm still running on the stocker which seems to be doing a fine job thus far.

I'm sure other members will have charts and stuff for you and they might dispute what I said but that's just my .02

This is a mustang dyno and as mentioned before, it reads low. To give you an idea of what these numbers mean, a stock 08 STI dyno'd at 221 WHP right before my car went up there.

So with an intake we're very close to the numbers the STI is laying down.

I dynoed 486whp with only mobil 1 oil. I added a cai and that brought me up to 563whp. But again this is only the start. I'm aiming at 800whp with future mods like downpipe and boot controller.

You can get an avg for the dynos, there IS a consistent number that can be made by analyzing different dynos (maybe just from one type of dyno, like dynojet only).

So I'll be going to a fun drag race event at my local race track. I'm going again for the second time and this time I want to do better. The first time I did manage to beat a built STI putting down 425 to the wheel but I'm almost positive that's because the driver didn't know what was going on. I lost to a newer caprice with a pro charger and spray (but it sounded ). So I want to figure out my best time to shift and best rpm to set my launch control at. I have an accessport, SRI, and custom catback exhaust (made it myself at school out of stainless). When I set my LC at 3k I will still burn through the entirety of 1st gear if I don't feather so I'm thinking about lowering it to 2700 or even 2500 so I won't have to worry about feathering it. And now after looking at these power curves and getting a good idea of where my car makes power I'm thinking about setting the FFS limiter to 5700 which seems to be the peak of our power. I'm hoping to do better this time around but hey I'm just there to have fun... for now.

I'm hoping to do better this time around but hey I'm just there to have fun... for now.
You have got to be fucking kidding...a 9-year old thread bump, and you're not even on fucking topic.
