| Not Ranked : 0 score unplug your AP, shut down ATR, and restart everything. Mine failed to update twice. I just unplugged everything and it went through fine the next time

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score well cobb said it was a known issue that was going on this weekend and the rep simply said try to update later and that was the end of the conversation. But i've noticed a few more details when i try to update I noticed some unusual things. In the firmware notes it shows latest firmware as 1.6.5.0-4149, but the install update button isn't at the top of the screen, the check for firmware update is there instead. After clicking the "check for firmware update" is when i get the error log, also at the bottom left of the window a message say "unable to check for update". I have internet connection and all firewalls diassabled. FML didn't think this simple task would turn into such a hassle |
