(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Cobb taking care of me... I called Cobb today and ordered a replacement cable for forty something bucks since my AP was out of warranty. I also emailed Tim@Cobb a picture of the cable so they could see what happened. Much to my surprise, he emailed me back a bit later saying that he cancelled the order and was going to ship a new one out free of charge since the product failed. Talk about excellent customer service! Thanks Cobb!

The cable doesn't separate due to wear and year. Hence, my reasoning. And if you weren't a nice guy, you could have bitched up and down on the forums that your cable separated and COBB wants to charge you $40, in which case they would want to do the right thing and take care of you.
