Default How hard would it be to fix this?

This car may come into my possession soon, just wondering how bad of a fix this would be. I know rear quarter panels are a bitch, but is this accessible from behind the headlight or in the trunk area? Would a shop be able to flatten this out? Please excuse my lack of body work knowledge.

Thanks.

You should be able to get to that from the trunk, but how easily that will bang out, I couldn't tell you.

I am on my phone.

Maybe try paintless dent repair? Worse case there needs to be an access hole drilled someplace in back to access the damaged area. Seems like it'll take a while though based on all the ridges
