Laser is regulated by the FDA and currently there are no federal laws prohibiting the use of laser jamming equipment to jam police radar for passenger vehicles.
However some states have enacted their own laws and are illegal in the following states: South Carolina, Nebraska, Minnesota, Utah, California, Oklahoma, Virginia, Colorado, Illinois and Washington DC.

Most states that have laws against Laser Jaming the penalties are minor. You should check the laws in your state to be sure.

If used properly the Blinder Xtreme Laser Jammer is undetectable and I personally have never had a customer have any issue with using the Blinder Xtreme Jammer.

Here is what you need to do... Get a Valentine One as your laser detector... It will tell you the pig is down the road shooting you... then when you are at the safe speed, turn the jammer off and wave to the cocksucker.. Turn it back on when you pass him. Just dont go turning it off 25 feet from him eh?

LIDAR is getting heavily adopted in Orange and San Diego County. Its like these cocksuckers got a huge grant from CA or something to upgrade their RADAR.

The blinder doesnt just jam, it warns too.
So this will warn and jam laser, whether or not you have a radar detector, of cause you ALWAYS need both, because you never know what the cop will be shooting you with.
