We have been recently made aware that Cobb Tuning's latest batch of 3-foot USB cables that are included with the AccessPORT are not functioning correctly. They have seen two symptoms that will let you know if the cable is bad. 1. The AccessPORT will not power up when plugged into a PC, but the AccessPORT will power up when plugged into the car or when another USB cable is used. 2. The computer will throw a error stating: "Power Surge On Hub Port: A USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message. This recall applies to the following part numbers and serial numbers only (for Mazda): AP-MAZ-002 - 3695 and up If you feel you have an affected unit, please contact Cobb Tuning at (801) 713-0443. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will remedy this as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you. THANKS!
