(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Crazy, Insane Customer Service! Long story short I ordered a UR test pipe a few weeks ago and paid for standard ground shipping. I shot the guys at Edge a note this week asking for an update and was told the part had finally arrived from UR and it would be delivered today. This afternoon, I get a call from Edge to let me know that for whatever reason it didn't make it on the truck. I was a little dissappointed, but can accept that these things happen from time to time. Just when I was expecting them to tell me I'd have to wait until Monday, they said they would personally deliver it as promised today. Low and behold:
