so its 9:21 and i was searching the interwebs for a new set of EBC reds for the 6. i figured i would send JP an email and just look for a response tomm afternoon sometime.

45 seconds later JP sent me a response with a price, delivery estimate and they were in stock!!!!

sometimes i forget that Edge should really just remain my first stop for everything because they even beat the amazon prime price with 2 day shipping!!!!

Hmmm!! It seems like they dont give a shit about people outside the states... Every order im made have taken like FOREVER! Same with corksport
Edge recieved my payment 3 weeks ago and they havent even sent out half of the stuff...
And fast responds to mails? Nooo way. Usually takes like 2-5 days!! And when i do get a respond, i MAY get an answer on 1 of 3 questions...

I feel a bit set a side to say the least... :/

I know they've been super busy recently with the move and all, and I'd imagine they're getting settled in finally...but usually they're really good about staying in touch and following up.

i agree ive never had an issue with them EVER!!! its probably because of the move

only issue I had with them was when I ordered the GT spec strut tower bar... said it was back ordered but after a month failed to mention it wasn't back ordered it just isn't being made or sold anymore.. in the end I got other things from them and they were very helpful.

The same pattern shows itself over and over again... Corksport, Edge, CP-E.
Have several dudes on our local forum that have been treated the same way. Wrong parts sent, on answer to emails, taking forever to have the stuff sent ect ect.

Only company that surprised me was JBR. They shipped within 12h of payment

I had plans made for this summer, install downpipe, OCC and ~10 other things. And two other people are relying on ME to get their stuff from edge. This is not fun anymore :/

We need to try and help this guy out. There's no reason they shouldn't be at least responding to your emails.

I deal with a cymbal company based out of Istanbul, Turkey. We have absolutely no problem communicating through emails and shipping packages back and forth.

Getting packages through U.S. customs can take awhile, but other than that and actual travel time, there should be no other delays.

I have been very informative about the timeframe to edge. I specificly told jp that i need all of it shipped here within 4-5 weeks. And that time is up next friday! Sure, not everything is because of edge, but when they have like 80% of the stuff in stock and are just waiting on few things to arrive within few days, i expect it to ship after those few days are up. Not several weeks later :/

I would LOVE to be positive coz edge seems like a really great company. But i cant accept it taking this long to ship...

Any help from you guys is greatly appreciated

Hey guys, I really appreciate the communication here. Everybody needs to be held in check sometimes, even us. I could give you a laundry list of excuses but that's not our style unless there's absolutely nothing we can do about something. I'm going to get this handled immediately Johan. I'll be keeping in close touch over the next few days and I'm going to get what I have to you next week.

It's inevitable that a small amount of orders experience issues and international orders are more susceptible to that than others. No more excuses from us, I'll take care of it Johan. Thanks for hanging in there with us.

One other thing...we are getting a new phone setup next week and a new employee the following Monday. Many of you are familiar with who he is as he is a gearhead on this forum. He has a great reputation and I have spoken at length with him about our customer service expectations and he is 100% on board. He is very capable of handling our customers how we intend to. We'll announce that soon but I just want to let you guys know we are making significant moves to make your experience with us better. It takes a lot of time and energy but we are getting there. Most of you wouldn't remember or believe it but we've been on this forum since April of last year.....pretty crazy growth curve but we're busting ass to get every customer handled like we want to.

Once again, thanks for all your support and we can't wait to keep serving more of you.

I've been stuck on HPS for years & several different cars now, but I'm trying to justify the cost of the yellows.

I understand they're gonna be a bit more aggressive on my rotors, but this'll be the second set of pads on these rotors and it won't bother me if they get replaced when the next set of pads wears out...

A little update on my situation:

The shit has still not been shipped!! Got an email from JP 10 min ago and hes STILL waiting for a cobb intake. These items should have been shipped 2 weeks ago :/

And i still have no idea where my downpipe is... (was shipped a long time ago)

Tried calling 4 times today, no answer

Im going away this friday and im not coming back for like 3 weeks (im going to my moms place where i was suppose to install all this shit and have a long chilling summer) Btw, thats 200 miles away

Hmm, as i understood it he didnt send anything but the the cpe stuff. Was waiting for the cobb and then he was gonna send all the small stuff with it. Correct or incorrect?

I havent got any shipping numbers so that i can track my shippings.
