(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Great Customer service experience A quick thank you to JP and Edge for great customer service thus week. I ordered springs, struts/shocks, and SPC ball joints last week. Everything showed up in two days, but the ball joints were wrong. The items were dropped shipped and their supplier was resposible for the error. They sent me two different ball joints. I sent JP an email with photos showing the parts, he called me first thing that same morning (I'm on the east coast) and he resolved the issue right away in the most professional way possible. I received the replacement ball joints yesterday just two days after I reported the problem. Part of the reason I was able to receive everything so quickly is that his supppier for these parts is in my UPS zone, so it may not be possible to always get this kind of turn around; but JP did everything he could to keep me a satisfied customer. (I was very happy the parts shipped the day after I ordered them and arrived quickly.). Sometimes undesirable stuff happens in life, it's how you deal with it that matters -- JP demonstrated he understands that. Thanks guys, customer for life here; Bob
