Drop shipping FTLoose. What did you actually order?

I find that if it was something not in stock, they rely on the company to get them shipping info. And I know for one I will sometimes receive packages before I get shipping info.

Sorry and I can see where this would seem like a rip off raising the prices the same day as a sale starts. That was not our intentions. We raised prices on all DO products because DO raised prices a while ago. We didn't change them back when they got raised originally. But with a 10% discount we actually loose money with the prices that low. This is why we raised them. They will permanently be at this price now unless DO lowers them. And DO was the only manufacture line that I'm aware of that got raised. Everything else remained the same.

We do not mark up prices before a sale to give you guys a false sense of saving money. That is shady and not good business practice. It just so happens that in this instance, we had to raise prices on DO at the same time as a sale.

Edge honored the price I purchased my DO Stg 1 for, which was before the price change. So if you got your order in before Edge made the price adjustment on the website then you are one lucky SOB. It really says something for Edge to stand behind an incorrectly marked price even when they lose money on it. They could have just as easily fed me the ole' "I'm sorry, but the list price was not updated when you purchased. You must pay the remainder before your item ships."

Just another reason Edge is the only Vendor I'm subbed to. Thanks for being stand up guys. JP, Alan, Nick; I'm talking to you!
