One again, these guys aced customer service!

Just got off the phone with Nick. I had ordered my test pipe Sunday night, and belatedly realized that I was going to need some new plugs. I called him tonight, and my plugs are on the way. I have to make a trip to NY to pick my stuff up, as delivery service to Canada can often double the prices. This is my third time ordering from these guys, and at least my 5th time talking to Nick on the phone. Amazing customer service. He always makes sure my stuff get to the right place for me to be able to pick it up. If every company had Nicks attitude, buying things would be such a pleasure!

Kudos guys! You have a customer for life!
