That's what I had to do. I've always had a great experience with these guys, but the past couple times I tried to buy something I never got a response.

They sent me my invoice first thing this morning for my AP & Internals. I pmed them over the weekend and the said they were at a show. The responded with the order as soon as they got back just like they said the would. Lets see how long it takes to get my internals now :-) Thanks Edge!

Any issues that have ever come up such as the recent AutoTech FP, back order issue (which isn't there fault) they even did more then they had too. They uped the shipping to 2 day at no additional cost for no reason other then good customer service.

Called them today, they were expecting a shipment of 150 autotechs this week, they're only getting 50. And 75 are still in the waiting list. So to the last 25 guys, that must suck.

Hey, at least you bought from an MSF verified vendor.

Edge auto is the shit though. You need to call them to get the special MSF prices or PM them here.

Edge also has some awesome coupon codes for tax season if you make any bigger money item purchases. Shoot them an email or call asking for them.

When I ordered stuff during their Black Friday sale, I found it much easier to just call them. I spoke with JP and had my order placed in less than 5 mins. They may be busy, but be patient. Believe me, the customer service they provide is definitely worth the wait.

Biggest thing to keep in mind is they get there parts from somewhere and they are super busy so just be patient. A lot of companies have parts on back order and Edge had to wait on them. I had to call them today to change an order and within 5 min had new parts on order and within 30 min got the email stating they had shipped with a tracking number, easy to work with and quick as they can be.
