PG v3 Speed3 manifold with customized 44mm EWG ebay 44mm EWG (could replace but Will has had good luck) screamer pipe Will's intake with 3.5" maf brand new support items: ATP oil/coolant line kit which includes: -Oil drain fittings/gaskets and -10AN line for GT turbo -Coolant return line with new banjo bolts and crush washers -45 degree 2" silicone coupler -Oil feed banjo and crush washers (also have 1 extra one too just in case) -easy boost source clip for silicone couplers (I won't need this, ATP's charge piping has a boost source nipple already) Cobb EBCS Bosch 3 bar map sensor Matt's PnP adapter harness SSP Oil feed kit (not going to attempt this at Will's, will save for another day when I have time to remove the tensioner and do it properly, perhaps the spring) I'm not going to do seals yet, I need to get an OCC and do the EGR stuff. I'll probably delete VTCS as well all at once. I'm only going to run 20-22psi on the 30R until the spring when I can afford to drop pistons and rods in the car like @chimmike recently did. I'm sure I'll need a clutch then as well. Any comments/suggests are welcome  I should be posting some photos and video this weekend.rfinkle2 and scgomez911 like this.

I have the ACT 6 puck and still have yet to install it. Probably will sometime this winter since my stock clutch is still good. Can't wait to see your car when it's done. I got a good deal on the ATP piping kit, it was really well made/laid out, would highly recommend that over the corksport setup. anytime, if you need any more help let me know.

I have some theories so I'm gonna crack into it tomorrow after work and see what I can find. if you unplug the maf sensor, the car will sometimes start, and will also show a battery light. it seems like something is shorted or not getting proper connection.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score just take your time, are you running an IWG turbo? if so it'll go much easier. Plan on removing the manifold then remove the k04 from the downpipe, reinstall the 30R clocked correctly, then install the manifold again. easiest way to do it. @Captain KR is the one who helped and led me through the install with knowledge.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score soak and remove the DP bolts first. then you can remove the intake and tip and FMIC/TMIC piping to the turbo. Then it's matter of removing the OEM manifold and then coolant and oil lines, then yank the stock turbo. reverse operation on the new turbo. make sure you have coolant as you will lose a bunch. @Captain KR is uploading all the photos that @BlueDmnSpeed took of the install. So I'll update the thread when I have them!

Might get the dump tube made longer Saturday.
