(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I've got an 07 MS6 that I've had for a little over a year now. About 5 months ago a screwdriver bit found its way into the motor and destroyed one cylinder, so I took that as an opportunity to buy a new car, build the motor in the speed 6, and go full send with a big turbo build. Aiming for at least 500HP with the current build, may shoot for higher in the future once I've got a few thousand extra to drop on an even bigger turbo and supporting mods. Here's my (power/performance) parts list: Manley H-Beam Rods Manley Platinum Series Pistons Corksport Cams Corksport Injector Seals JBR BSD JBR Oil Pan Baffle JBR RMM+PMM (Trans MM & Rear Diff mount in the plans) Damond Motorsports EGR Delete King Bearings Rod+Main Bearings Darton Dry Block Sleeves ARP Head + Main Studs NGK IX Iridium 1 Step Colder plugs ACT 6-Puck Sprung Clutch, Heavy Duty Pressure Plate, Streetlight Flywheel ATP GTX3076R Turbo Kit JBR Tru-3.5 Wide Path Full Aluminum Intake+TIP Semi-Custom FMIC with 600HP capable core JBR 3-Port EBCS Bosch 3.5 Bar MAP Sensor Kozmic Motorsports 6th Port Injection Kit Autotech HPFP/CDFP internals Deatschwerks DW300c Fuel Pump eBay 3" Catless DP, custom 3" catback exhaust Cobb AP Any other smaller/less important pieces I'm forgetting I've already finished building the motor and getting the trans+engine mounted back together, at this point I'm just waiting on the rest of my parts (maily turbo, intake, 6th port injection kit) to come in to finish the build. Do any of you have advice on any other parts I should/need to get? I do plan on getting a quality turbo manifold and intake manifold next, as well as adding full-on port injection. But that's a lot more money and is not a priority at this time. Will absolutely update this thread and post pictures as I make progress!

| Not Ranked : 0 score nice build so far. Pictures are welcome. Since you already spent for an ATP flange, you may wait to upgrade manifold and turbo flange together to benefit of using a larger size. Is your gtx a Gen1 or Gen II? Did you get the ARP2000 or larger head studs for your power goal ? I have similar power goals and i asked myself but i did install new factory bolts. For the fuel pump you can get some tip at the end of this build. He installed a separate pump for the port injection on the other top hat. I like the idea of keeping the dizi fuel setup as per factory and add a completly separate setup for auxilliary injection on the same tank..... Mazdazilla's Build Thread Thingy keep going!

I just went with the cheaper ARP head studs on Edge Autosport. They're probably not the larger ones, unfortunately, but time will tell if this ends up being a problem I guess. Once I switch over to having 4 additional 1000cc injectors with a Port Injection setup, I'm definitely going to be doing a full aux fuel circuit, but for the time being I went the cost-effective route and opted to beef up the existing low-pressure side of the fuel system. Appreciate the encouragement, excited to get this build put back together and off to the dyno for tuning!
