Default Pte 6466 & AWD conversion

I have been collecting parts for a lot of time , and after i sell my previous engine into a friends cx-7.I decided to make something big. Now that i`m writing my car is ready and working but i will make a rewind...
So lets start with the engine parts

Sp63 87.5 stok cr pistons
Manley I-beam with arp 625+
L.A. sleeves
Oem brand new head gasket
12mm Head bolts
11mm main bolts
New oil pump
I also make some upgrades to crank girdle (i will attach photos)


For the cylinder Head

Supertech intake valves +1
Supertech exhaust valves +1
Supertech valve guides
Supertech single 55lbs spring kit(i will soon upgrade it to dual spring)
Big Head port with handjob(because there is no cnc for heads in my country)it is made by one of my country`s best(attached flow bench results)
Dcr vv-t
Sp63 stage 2 cams

Other parts

Pte 6466 V-band 0.82
cp-e maniford
Jmf V2 Intake
Htp 4~ inch maf
4X 1250cc bosh style Deutshwerks injectors
Oil cooler with relocation & spin on filter
Corksport seals (great desighn)
Custom 3.5inch Dp
Custom 3.5inch aluminium exhaust
7.25 Twin disk Clutch (quarter master with sintered discs) and custom made billet flywheel

As for the AWD conversion
I buy a rear subframe from a cx-7, and gearbox and transfercase from speed6.The 2 rear axles are custom made from driveshaft and the front rear right(passenger side) is from totalmps . I also make a custom fuel tank witch seats in the oem location and it is feed from the oem fuel tap .It need some modification at rear subframe to fit all these into the speed3 but nothing serius the lower arms ,camper arms & toe arms need to be machined.
I have also put a switch for the awd .When it is on, the car is 50-50 and when it is off is 100-0 .In future I will put a switch with 3 options and I will put a 3rd option for 70-30 .

My goal is to make a nice 9sec pass(with 4 slicks) and make 750whp,i just hope that all will handle good.

Lets see how it works .

I have already made some miles about 100 everything looks great
I will change oil at 250 miles then at 450miles and then i will start to give her some boost.

That...is...awesome! Are the rear axles a custom length? Not sure if the rear track width is the same on the 3 and the cx7.
Ill be interested to see how the driveline holds up with the locked front/rear ratios.

Speed 6 axles work in this set up...so custom axles aren't required.

Yeah and the MS6 axles have been proven to be dog shit and bust on many cars so he made much stronger ones from drive shafts., Which I think he was smart in looking ahead to see that as an issue.

A litle update
I just went to the alighment today..everything is perfect and i setup it as i wanted...

Furthermore, i forgot to write about the re-inforcments i have done to the transfercase.
I put the upgraded bearings caps from 06speed6 , i have replace all the bolts with arp`s and i have made an extra re-inforce like a handcuff (photos below)

1. Why did you go to 11mm main studs? I've seen no one having issues with 10mm.

2. What caused you to put on crank girdle straps?

3. How much was it for the LA sleeves and where did you get them?

I go to 11mm main studs and crank girdle straps because i have in mind to rev it 8500 or more (when versatune make it happen of course) so i want it to be ready for whatever needs

The L.A. sleeves i bought them direct from them (500$ if i remeber correct) i get them on a local engine builder
