Here's a log from the most recent revision on the e85 mix. Tuning should be done soon as we are running out of fuel.

Default BNR S4 with a tial 44mm ewg

Wasn't the final revision. I still think there's just a little bit more left in her. It was an outdoor mobile dyno and it was a cluster fuck they forgot to log the pulls. Oh well. 370/356.

Almost identical to what I was making on E85. I was right at 375/385 on a 2 gallon mix at 25 pounds.

Haven't posted in a while. I think the corksport downpipe is giving me back pressure problems since its divorced and I'm using the iwg bracket. So really it's only like 2" downpipe right from the turbo. Picked up an eBay downpipe cause nobody really has problems with it. I also got a corksport catback exhaust. The fart can was fun but ignorant. I'll take a log after I put on the new tbe and see if I get any gains.

Nice build! I'm doing the same thing except with a 38mm wastegate. Figured a 44mm may be overkill. Is there a reason you went with 44 over 38?

I didn't really think twice about it I just picked the 44. My tuner didn't say anything about it, but I would ask your tuner what they think.

The Corksport divided downpipe is not to be used with anything besides the stock k04. Even their 18g doesn't work with it I believe. Go eBay m2 dpfor $120 and have a bung welded downpipe stream for the primary since you have the 44mm gate near where the primary would be. Also recommend using locking ATP studs on the dp flange so it stays sealed. Glad you got the setup on dude

Just read your complete last post, glad you ditched the angled asf fart can lol, it looked retarded since it was angled so aggressively. Any updates? Get 6th port and set that turbo free of its stock DISI fueling limits.

Yeah I found out the hard way on the dp. Looking back the fart can was dumb. Oh well live and learn. Got a new bung welded just need to swap it out. I have atp studs for turbo and dp

I'm guessing FoST manifold setup from Damond then.. can't get past how big of a pos it looks like but hey it flows. Yeah I learned the hard way in 2013 when I first got my MS3 trying to use the M2 dp's shitty bolts and they kept backing out and then my flange warped from uneven clamping and cracked several times now lol. Can't complain for $120 though!
