Default Putin's 700+hp build

As you've probably already noticed my previous thread was closed up, shut down, done, gone. Well it's for a good reason! I've dropped the idea of running any sort of power on stock block and went full-force into an engine build. So the story starts at Mazda. I bought a brand new, fresh, 0-mile, long block and had it shipped over to @SPEEDPERF6RMANC3;.


This is where the next chapter begins!

ARP2000 10mm Main-studs

(5/20/15) After much thought and deliberation I've decided to go with Stratified. Both Lex and Nishan are phenomenal tuners, it just came to the fact that a local tuner was a much easier option for me. It really all depends on the turbo and fueling so I'd say 500-700hp. Right now that decision is in limbo as I haven't decided on which turbo to go with. Once that's written in concrete, everything else will start coming together.

You have 3 bar map sensor in the list, why not 3.5 to wind it up or for the safety to read boost spikes that are out of range of the 3 bar.

I understand that having four meth nozzles seems like the right way to go but imagine if one of those nozzles gets clogged. With large enough nozzles most fail-safe boxes may not notice it fast enough. Go WOT and there goes a cylinder. Running a very large single, or dual nozzles is safer then going with 4. Less chances for a fuck up. I'm basically using methanol as supplemental fueling. Two nozzles supplying well over 1,700+cc of methanol and then being distributed evenly by the JMF manifold. I have nothing to worry about. With @mxlplx71; setup, he also has 6th port. So methanol is just for added octane, possibly help a little bit with BATs. I don't plan to go 5/6th port any time soon.

Or...you could do it like @SilverDemon; 's / my new setup. 4 50lb injectors in the JMF mani spraying E85 or 104 race gas off a secondary fuel cell.

Dream setup would be a twin-pump SP63 fuel injection setup running a JMF v2 with PI. But at the moment I've had to invest heavily into the strength of the motor. Everything else around it will catch up in time. So for now the JMF v1 is the intake manifold of choice because the OE will cap out at 450-500hp. Methanol over PI.

Everything else around it will catch up in time. So for now the JMF v1 is the intake manifold of choice because the OE will cap out at 450-500hp. Methanol over PI.
I think the way you're going to do it will kick ass regardless. When you think 500 whp is slow, you have somewhere to go from there

Just want to say thanks for all the love! We will be sending you pictures to keep this build thread up to date, we are currently waiting on the rest of the parts to come in so we can disassemble the motor and get it sent to the machine shop! Are you doubting that I'll be able to reach 700hp with this setup? I honestly don't think I'll have a problem with the next few parts that are incoming.

No, I do not, your setup is good up to 800 probably and possibly more judging based on how other 700+whp guys managed to get there.
But I guess it depends on the turbo choice how daily drivable you actually want it to be But on the other hand the turbos came a low way these days and even if they push a ton of air past 6500-7000rpm on these engines they can still manage to get these engines from the normally aspirated state even below 3500rpm.
