It's a 3-gallon fuel cell, not a surge tank. I wont be using a surge-tank in my setup because I'm going with a completely separate supplemental fuel system. I had originally intended to run a surge tank but because of my already dried up budget, I've had to make a few cuts to my plans. Regardless, this should still work very well.

Dual Bosch 044s. The only pumps that can handle running full methanol.

gotcha i didnt know what fuel you were planning to run. im guessing the bosch 2200's are Methanol safe as well? I never looked into that to be honest smart man you are!

The Bosch 2200s are 100% methanol safe and ready to run. For the price, these injectors are awesome.

Some DamondMotorsports love. Installed it today after procrastinating long enough. Now I'm just waiting on the TMM to be released. Absolutely love it, but the install was a bitch. For anyone having issues with it lining up; LOWER the engine for the frame-rail bolts BUT lift the motor for the engine studs.

Hopefully these mounts of yours can handle 600+lb.ft of torque.

The wiseco machined SP63 custom pistons are pure porn. And perfectly daily drivable it seems.
Have you weighted the pistons and rods? In my case all rods came out 593 grams and the pistons 355, maybe one was 354.5.
The factory rod was 728g and the factory piston 380 grams. In both cases I did not include the piston wrist pin, I forgot to weight them.

Do the crank counterweights get rebalanced to match the new piston/rod weights?

Just a small update. Decided to go with the ARP 625s over the 2000s. When you've already invested so much into a motor build, seems kind of stupid not to spend that little bit more to make sure that end is covered.

Are the wheels you're planning to run burried in the old thread somewhere?

I was planning on stepping down to 17s in the near future, but a 16/255 combo is making me think bad thoughts.

I picked up a set of ROTA Slipstreams in 16x8 +48. Will probably need spacers to keep the 255s from rubbing on the suspension. Wont know for sure until I get them mounted up.

What do you intend to use these wheels for? If it was for drag then probably a set of 16" slicks in the front would do better.
If it was for autocross then definitely 17" wheels with 235/245 tires and without spacers would have worked better.

These are my daily drivers. R888s have a great reputation among turbo Honda folks pushing north of 600hp. They're also very popular with the Supra, Cobra, GT-R, etc. etc. guys. For drag-days I'm going with 15" wheels/slicks.

Regarding the AEM fuel pressure regulator; it is NOT 100% methanol compatible. So back to JEGS it goes and I have chosen to go with FueLab FPR instead. Will post up information as I get it.

Unless @Captain KR; you have any more suggestions?
