E85 is in progress, ran into a few issues along the way. Reduced the plug gap to .025 and replaced the coil springs with solid copper wire to help with plug blow out. I also needed to add 4 turns to the waste gate arm to get some more boost up top. Should finish things up at the end of this week or beginning of next. I will post up some logs within the next week or two.

Thanks for the update. What was the spring pressure differences before and after the WG arm adjustment? I'll be installing my s4 this weekend and will be attempting a self tune and trying to find out as much as I can so I'll know what to look out for. How much boost is being targeted up top?

Sorry for the delay, the stock setting is 17 psi and to be honest I'm not sure what 4 turns put it at. I'm targeting 25 PSI.

Are you using the stock intake manifold with vtcs still in place?

Not trying to thread jack, just thought i throw out there that i do have vtcs and stock mani. No issues to report.

I will eventually be purchasing an IM from relentless customs for more flow capacity, as well as a more even flow balance between ports. But good to know big turbo guys aren't having problems with the stock manifold with vtcs.

Things have changed, but I'm finally finished with tuning. I ended up getting rid of the throttle body spacer where I was spraying meth and moved pre-throttle body on a D07 nozzle. Will from PD tuning took care of business and made quick work of the tunes. So as of now I'm on shit 91 Octane, spraying 100% meth on a D07 nozzle, at 5000 Ft of elevation. Could push things further, but I'm going to stay put do to stock block.

Shit, good eye! Downloaded Vdyno at work and forgot to change the setting. Updated the Vdyno.

For right now I'm happy with how the car feels. I might get some shit from others for not going further with the tune, but its good for my needs. I will start saving my pennies for a motor build, then see where things take me.

Like others, we say we are content and finished with things, but then we start shopping around again. Found a good deal on a Full-Race exhaust manifold and decided to pull the trigger. I also decided to pick a DM RMM to finish off the trifecta. JMF intake mani to come, along with a few other goodies.

I picked it up from an online vendor for about 350 off of MSRP. My current game plan is to continue acquiring many of these additional mods, so when I go built block I will have most of the higher flowing parts to support the build.

Shouldn't have invested so much in a .55-65 a/r MZR flange, but if you're fine with dropping $5-6k to tap out at 450whp go for it man

I'm in the same boat here. I'm debating on adjusting my waste gate arm on my S4 build. My WGDC is maxed out on my tune. We're hitting boost targets, but I have more fuel head room (in the mid 75%) to push the S4 a little more. We also raised the rev limiter to 7000rpm. This is on 100% meth D10 nozzle, stock block keeping under 400tq of course. You said 4 turns? I've read about the bnr s3's needing 1 to 1.5 turns.
