Exclamation Car won't start

Hey guys, so this pass Saturday I brought my speed in for service. I needed a replacement front headlight due to condinsation build up. So I removed my H.I.D"s befor I went. Took them about a 3 hours and it was good as new.
Went home that sat nite: reinstalled my h.i.d"s. everything worked fine and come yesturday when I was about to go to work....nothing. A few lights came on, one click is all I was able to hear. Called road side assistance; they came and jumped my car. It came on with no problem. He said it must be a bulb but I checked all my lights and nothing was on. So today I went to tun on my car and nothing but my Ultagauge and my navi was blinking like a stobe. Once I jumped it I also noticed my LTFT was at 15+ with it being only 40 outside.
Does anyone have any kind of advice?
Thankyou in advance.

Get the battery tested, yours isn't the first that failed for no reason...

Sounds like you need a new battery. When you have battery problems the dying then jumping, etc causes things read by ecu to act weird. There was another thread on this somewhere where guy was having a similar issue. Have battery checked IMO.

My dad's CX-7 (Turbo)'s battery died within 2 days of no use, these stock batteries mazda uses are pretty crappy, that is probably your issue.

Does anyone know if the batter is covered under warenty? An if so; can I just bring it to

Well it depends how long you owned your car. Here is what is covered then prorated(listed in the warranty book)

100% 1st year - Battery is fully covered for the first 12 months(Labor is free)

50% 13-24 months - Battery is covered 50%, you pay the other 50% of the cost of the battery(Labor is free)

25% 25-36 months - Battery is covered 25%, you pay the other 75% of the cost of the battery(Labor is free)

Had the car for a year so I should be good. When I got it serviced last Saturday they said the battery checked out ok. I hope I get a new battery.

Its probably a bad connection on your battery terminal. Did you unhook your battery when you reinstalled the hid's? When you hook jumper cables up its getting power directly from the other vehicle. Try taking both terminals off and clean both the terminals and the connectors, I bet it solves your problem.

Brought it to Autozone today and they said I have a "bad battery". They charged it as much as they could to 76%. I called Mazda and have an appointment tomarrow with them; told them what autozone said and they said they have to run their own tests to make sure it's a faulty battery. So we shall see what happens.
