(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Just thought I'd share pics of my HTP Battery Tray I installed this weekend with a Autocraft 51R Battery. Great battery, smaller, just as efficient as a regular sized one without breaking the bank. Didn't wanna spend the coin on a Kinetik, Odessey, or Optima since there are mixed reviews on all. My battery was $116.99 at the local Advanced Auto Parts - my 10% military discount. Needless to say I'm very pleased and my ride is running strong. You can see I have the HTP 3" with plenty of room for a 4"

| Not Ranked : 0 score That battery is made by Johnson Controls. I have the same battery and it has been very good to me. I don't drive my car much and unfortunately forget to leave my trickle charger plugged in, and have had it go totally dead 3-4 times and it still takes a full charge and starts the car with ease. Oh.. and of course, the HTP tray is a great way to free up some much needed space in the intake / tip area. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score If some of you guys running a smaller battery can do me a favor.. After not driving the car for a day or so plug the ap in and put in the key on position. Go to the screen that displays bat volt and then start the car. If you could take note of the voltage before starting and the lowest observed voltage once you crank and car starts that would be real helpful. I'm trying to check a few things out with my smaller battery now that I have a sub and amp in here.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Mine was 12.1 overnight and 9.7 crank I had an issue where my battery discharged last week. I found a tiny copper strand stuck between the remote line and power on the amp. Pretty sure that's what discharged it but I also wanted to compare various loads on startup. So far someone else who has a stock sized battery has had similar numbers as me
