Default Multi Gear pulls ignoring Gear Limits

I'm helping to tune a friend of mine's car, and we've run into an interesting issue... for some strange reason the ECU is ignoring load limits in the gears when doing multi-gear pulls (2-3-4 in this case).

4th and 3rd gear only are fine it's getting close to load targets etc, but a 2-3-4 causes things to go hay-wire...
i KNOW it's a tune issue, because the WGDC ramp is maxed, but i cant for the life of me work out what's going on...

when tuning my own car in ATR, i'd set my overall requested load to a bit over what i'd actually want, then use TRL tables to control it in the gears, and i've done the same with this tune...

3rd and 4th (from 3000 to 7000) are both set to:
Code:
2	2.1	2.1	2.1	2.1	2.1	2	2	2
2nd is set to:
Code:
1.9	1.9	1.9	1.9	1.9	2	2	2	2
the APP requested Load (normal and overload) is:
Code:
2.2	2.2	2.2	2.2	2.2	2.2	2.1	2	2
and requested load limits RPM is:
Code:
2.5	2.5	2.5	2.5	2.5	2.5	2.5	2.5	2.5
can see in the logs, it's holding ~2.0 load for most of the pull, but on the 2-3-4 pull, WGDC is much higher, and it's hitting 2.2+ load

it's a build block, GTX3071/catted TBE/CPE 3.25/TMIC/hpfp/Exhaust mani

please excuse the wonky WGDC, the car suffers bad boost creep above 5k rpm, it'll spike to 20+psi after sitting on spring pressure until then...

This is my first time using VT, so any/all help is appreciated!

just going to tag the people i know are using it...

@Steve@VersaTune;

EDIT: crap, i'm brown... first time using MSF on a computer in ages...

The way I tune my car load wise is I have all the big load tables set the same (load limits out of reach), and I tune the individual gear tables as my actual limit. I also one'd out the Requested Load Multiplier Accel/Decel Adjustment tables as it was causing wonky shit to happen on my car. Doing this, I have to dial .15 load higher on my targets as it likes to underrun by about that much. That keeps it within +-.02 of target usually.

I don't know what your map looks like, but it should use the lower of whatever numbers you have set up, but won't reduce fast enough if your Comp tables aren't aggressive enough.

Oh, and not sure this will be a factor for you, but make sure all the baro tables are in line with what you're expecting.

i'd like to say a massive thank you to @Steve@VersaTune; he took the time to go over my tune and logs and help me find the issue... His customer service and willingness to help is awesome!

indeed it was a tune issue, i'd accidentally put positive values into the load over-run compensation table... hence the weird behavior, but all fixed now!

fortunately the car didn't overboost too badly (22-23psi rather than 20psi) and never ran out of fuel...
