How will it affect the setting remove balancer shafts? The knock sensor will see it?

The answer is no. Or at least it shouldnt, not in any car i have done a balance shaft delete on and tuned.

I suggest you do a few things:
1. Use the search feature.

Balance shafts are for the driver and passengers, not the engine (comfort).
