We test fit it on the 2 local cars that we have access to, it works just fine......only problem, both cars have OEM replacement batteries. The replacement batteries are not the same dimensions as the OEM battery. The main problem is the height of the replacement batteries, no worries, we found a customer that had the OEM battery and our 3" intake. We have sent the relocation plate and hold down spacer for test fitting and have been........awaiting its installation. Until then, we know it works with the shorter replacement batteries (the hold down spacer just isn't used). I honestly didn't want to send out this fix until it was absolutely verified. I also really didn't want to post up pics of it because this solves the rubbing issue on other manufacturers silicone intakes as well and didn't want the fix to get "borrowed". When its verified, it will be included with our MS6 3" intakes and be available for purchase separately for those having the issue with other products. And for those of you who've already ordered, please contact us directly with your order number and we'll send the fix to you once it's verified. | Not Ranked : 0 score So @HTP; whats the latest and greatest on the Speed6 3" intakes? Are they available and shipping with the battery tray to fit with stock size battery? Might be ready to ditch my CS if I can fit this in nicely and still have my battery secured. My stock tray is so butchered up trying to fit my CS in with their cold air box it barely holds the battery in place.

| Not Ranked : 0 score ![]() In case you guys wondering if HTP 3.5" intake will fit with JBR battery tray, here is the picture of it. It is indeed very tight with the intake rubbing the ECU wiring harness. Tried with all sort of methods (trimming the coupler to turbo so that the intake shift closer to engine) and none of them working well. The MAF is practically touching the harness. End up, we were drilling new holes on JBR tray to mount the ECU closer to firewall. The intake was fitted to GTX3071R ATP turbo. It pushed the turbo inlet further out compared to OEM K04. | Not Ranked : 0 score For a short term fix a piece of coolant hose cut open and wrapped around the harness will prevent damage to the wires (or the powder coat) but moving the ECU back might be best; still hate how most (all?) relocation kits leave the top of the ECU exposed.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I ended up going with the HTP tray because it sits back an inch or two further then the JBR one. Hope you are able to get things adjusted enough and like @Yatta; said, you can use a bit of hose over the wires to provide a buffer.
