(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I feel pretty stupid for asking this here, but I'm having issues getting my trim piece to clip back in after installing the glove box light. I followed the instructions provided by Corksport, and got it out no problem. I don't believe any clips are broken, but for the life of me, I can't get the trim piece to snap in all the way as you can see in the picture. I made sure all 5 clips, including the one on the left hand side were lined up. The picture is without the screw on the left, but even with it in, it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. I did notice that one of the clips appears be different than the others (shown with the arrow), are the other clips supposed to have that additional piece? I didn't notice anything loose in there. Maybe that's how the trim piece always sits and I just never noticed it. Also, what is the red circled LED for? I know the 4 LEDs on the left went to the trunk light, 2 map lights and the dome light. The LEDs above the circled LED are for the vanity mirror lights, and the 3 lights to the right are for the license plate, and glove box. Thank you in advance. |
