New Ebay Headlights - Different Turn Signal Placement?

Hello. I have a 2010 MS3 and I was looking into ordering new headlights because mine have some pretty bad condensation. However, I noticed that on my car the turn signal has the bulb coming through the bottom of the reflector, rather than the ones I was looking at that have the bulb pointing forwards, like the low beam and high beam. My question is if they would fit? I'm assuming they will, but I just wanted to ask first to make sure since they seem shorter in a way? Also, I'm concerned with the quality of the actual projector and the headlights I plan on getting since they are ebay, so if anyone has any other recommendations I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks !

Original headlights. Notice the turn signal bulb socket can't be seen from the picture of the rear of the light.

Headlights I was looking into getting. Turn signal socket is visible from the rear of the headlight.

i have these i will have to double check now, ok from lookin at my picture the turn signal bulb has a under slot and the far small bulb is extra and you can hook up if you want too via wire tap, i did not hook mine up.
