Default Another Happy Stratified Customer!!!

I just want to say thanks to @Lex; at Stratified for helping me transform my Speed3 from an already capable car on 91 Octane to a beast on a custom E30 Tune. It was a pleasure working with Alex on my custom 91 and E30 eTunes. Alex was very professional and explained things as we worked on the tune and made sure that he catered to my needs with regards to maximizing my tunes based on my car being my daily driver. I can't believe how much of a difference an E85 blend makes on these cars. The torque is simply amazing! Thanks again Alex and if anyone if on the fence about doing an E85 blend custom tune, don't hesitate and be sure to drop Alex a message! Happy Boosting!

So you got roughly 80 hp and 80 tq from an e30 blend? Was anything else installed since the 91 octane tune? Great numbers.

Attached is a real dyno pull I did on 91 octane prior to doing the E30 blend. I'm probably going to go back to the same dyno and do a pull on E85 to compare. So, I'm hoping an actual pull on my E85 blend will be proportional to the Virtual Dyno #'s.

To answer the 2 questions in the previous posts....

(1) yes...BNR S3 on 91 Oct.

(2) No additional mods were done. Alex and I did the 91 octane tune first then a month later did the E30 tune.

Attached is an acutal dyno pull after the E85 blend tune by Alex. This was done on the same dyno as my initial 91 Octane run as evident by the baseline graph.

My numbers are around 341tq / 350hp. Tune is not complete although Alex feels this is a good safe place. I have to run some more logs for him. The numbers seem low compared to yours. I am running Shell 92, E85, and meth. Can you post a recent log? I would like to compare them.

Different people probably asking for different things. If Alex is saying he likes the level of power you're at, I'd be willing to bet its based off of what he feels matches what you asked from him.

Just saying. I know the poor tuners catch the brunt of it. The customer sees someone else make way more power than them, and they're like well WTF. Well, you wanted safety and they wanted power. lol Can't get all the powerz and none the risks...

CWP_MS3 I know Alex very well. This is not meant to complain at all. He is an excellent tuner. I am just curious on the difference considering the quality of fuel used on a 91 tune. I am more than happy with the way the car runs

The differences you guys are seeing here mostly come down to the dyno you tested on. Ryan had his car run on a Dynapack while Nitro tested his car on a Mustang dyno.

The two are on opposite sides of the spectrum in terms of how they read; the Dynapack being known to read high and Mustang to read low.
Nitro likes this.
