(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Great Customer Service Long story short, I shot a PM to Stratifield this morning and within hours was on the phone with Alex. Not only was he able to answer all my noob questions on their aftermarket BCS and tune, but he gave me some great advice on my intake in the meantime. He clearly knows these cars and the 15 min conversation was enough for me to pull the trigger not only on their BCS but also decide to go with them on the E-tune. Point of the story, Alex and Stratified got my business not only because they clearly know their shit but also the great Customer Service I got from Alex was great. I’m excited to work with these guys moving forward to say the least. If there is anyone debating on who to go with on a E-tune or whatever. Make sure you check out these guys.  England15j likes this.
