Default Question on e85 tune

I haven't bought a tune yet(installing FMIC this weekend) after that's installed im buying one but im wondering what else I would need to go like 25% e85 along with a simple 91-93 octane map( I know its more for 2 separate maps) heres my mods I have.

Corksport FMIC, ram air box relocation kit, TBE, RMM, PMM
autotech HPFP internals
JBR OCC
cobb AP

I just cant seem to find if I need something else before I try a partial e85 tune.

any help would be appreciated

Internals and an AP are all you REALLY need
Anything after that is just add on.

even for e85? Should I get rid of the ram air box and just go CAI? or is it the equivalent

Personally I would run a simple SRI. I've sucked in water before with a CAI and I'm not a fan of the RAM air design but you already have it so you might as well keep using it.
E85 is a fuel, you tune for use of that fuel, obviously the more flow mods you have the higher numbers you will get, but for the car to run on e85 all it needs is a tune and internals to keep up the supply for the increased demand of fuel.

Cold air temps are great especially if you are in a hot region but as Sid3wayS mentioned a CAI has some risks with water. If getting a CAI, opt for one where you can remove the CAI section of the intake during the wet months.

The ram air works quite well if it fits well. If you already have it stick with it.

Also as was mentioned above, aside from internals and an AP, nothing more is needed to have an E85 tune. The more flow parts you have the better the car's performance but the tune will reap the benefits of E85 at any level of modification.
