Default Stratified customer service???
This mofo Alex is the man!!! I have been running his tune for about half a year and every issue/question I have had since my tune was finished he has answered. Not 1 or 2 questions but like 10-20 and without hesitation he writes me back and is courteous with his response. If my issue is with a readjustment in my map that needs immediate attention, he gets me squared away within 30min!
I just want to say thank you to Alex for his outstanding service and help. I do not think the E-Tuners get enough credit for all that they do and how quickly they do it. So thank you Alex, I appreciate you!

I work very hard to offer the best service and support for my customers and seeing this appreciation really makes it worthwhile.

Sometimes it does get overwhelming and I take a little while to respond, but every request and e-mail that comes in is scrutinized for urgency and none are left unanswered.

I just got my first revision of my Stratified map a few days ago. Runs better than any OTS map ever did and I am pumped to see the final results! The first night I contacted Alex about a tune I was literally using email like instant messaging with him at 12 AM lol. At that point I knew that I was dealing with someone who is very thorough and attentive to customer service, which is something I am finding quite rare these days.
