When I purchased mine used I had to replace it (the old one was rotted) I took it to the hardware store and literally sized one up... no leaks, 3 years later.. and I believe you are correct, the 2x31mm are the diverter air seals, not the flange o-ring (sorry about that).

| Not Ranked : 0 score ![]() ![]() Best I could do, sorry ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk so... here is the thing... after taking it off (the engine was warm) the o-ring expanded and I was not able to get it back into the flange.. it is in the freezer now but I think my initial 40mm is correct (it was cold and went back in just fine).
