Tuning Complete!

TL;DR: Alex and Stratified are awesome, 10/10 would purchase again.

I’d like to take a moment to review my service experience with Alex and Stratified Tuning. Simply put it was amazing. Alex is very knowledgeable with our platform and was able to offer me suggestions regarding parts to compliment my planned BNR upgrade. Along with my tune, I picked up his 3port EBCS. In addition to being a quality piece, the clips that are included are great. So great in fact that I ordered several sizes from a local company to replace the typical crappy hose clamps that are a pain in the ass to remove.

I came to Alex initially using the Stratified OTS map for the JBR stage2 intake. With all of the supporting mods (cpe IC, cpe DP, jbr intake, tip, mounts) the initial numbers for the OTS map were 265hp and 307tq. The final numbers after the final revision are 287hp and 334tq. There was a pull where the numbers were a bit higher but that included a KR if I remember correctly. Drivability with the OTS map was great and now it is even better with the custom tune. The tuning process was your normal go out and do a few WOT pulls in 4th gear. Alex specified each time at what RPM to hammer the throttle. In addition to the 4th gear pulls, Alex would also request a 2-3-4 gear WOT pull. We went through 7 revisions on the tune to get things all straightened out. Each revision felt stronger and better than the previous. I will definitely be sending more business Alex’s way when I receive my BNR s3 and perhaps a little bit of meth action tossed in for good measure.

I second your thought, Alex really knows his stuff. The difference it's made in my car is unbelievable, it's a 3rd and 4th gear MONSTER! Besides the all the new found powa the car just feel so nice to drive, it's smoooooooooooooth!!!!!!!! This is why I chose him, the man will get you the gains you want without compromising reliability. I'm only on my second E85 revision, I should be getting my third today can't wait to see what he has ready for me.
