I really appreciate this, and I'd like to say you're right.. But the RFL bov vents to atmosphere, and makes a very loud "PSHHHH" sound. The sound I'm hearing is much different than if it were the bov fluttering and letting air out. It would be more like a quick "PSH PSH PSH" sound than the "FLUB FLUB FLUB" that I'm hearing... That's just my thought, unless you can explain it better.

EDIT: I did a short drive tonight and couldn't reproduce the sound. The air is MUCH colder tonight than it was yesterday so I don't know if that's a factor.

As posted earlier you dont have a problem. Aftermarket intakes allow more sound both ways, if you follow what im saying. You can hear the turbo spool and the BOV operate. Enjoy the sound, its a good thing.

Its awsome. Really U nicely and elaborately discuss about mazda speed 3/6 turbo and attached the engine images. Thanks Demi for your nice sharing.I have mazda 1990 Mazda 929S Tranquil Blue Mica/Dark Grey two tone on Blue leather with wood grain style trim. I really enjoy with it.
