You'd have to cnc the adapter in 2 pieces. Or, a simpler approach would be to cnc each flange to a round lip, then weld in a sched 40 weld el, maybe a 2" dia.

Well I drove the car home, no oil, exhaust or air leaks. Drives well sounds good. I'll install the direct port methanol system tomorrow and I'll have enough fuel to get on it and see what I'm working with.

I wish they'd just bring the Focus ST wagon here. So far only Europe gets that one.

If you need anything, you can send me 3D CAD files and I'll do the machining for you. All you need to do is send me the files, materials and shipping.



It also depends on what kind of material you are using. I should be good to go with Aluminum, if you decide on steel I'll buy an end mill for steel. (on my own dime, since I'll need it anyways in the future)



Just to be clear, I won't charge you anything, the joy of seeing this done and helping out a member is good for me!
