Default Possibly the best kept secret?

I thought there would have been be a post or something for the MSP6 transmission mount.

Does anyone have one installed that can share their experience? How are the vibes and cabin noise?

Spendy but worth it I'm sure. Damond is high quality.

If I had the funds I'd buy it and try it out. You will get an increase in NVH but most likely much less than previous offerings from other manufacturers.

I had an AWR TMM and never again. NVH was too much for me.

I just installed the TMM and PMM (I have the corksport RMM), on my 2008 Mazdaspeed 3.
The Damond pieces are very nicely made (too bad they get covered up), instructions were great, and I really like how the car feels now. There is still a good amount of compliance when warmed up that cabin noise isn't bad. There is vibration from a standing start regardless of temperature. When the mounts are cold, like this last winter, the noise and vibration is there for sure, just wait for the car to warm and it is ok.
I like how I can hear gear changes and there is a very slight gear whine that sounds great, kinda wish there was more of that.
When you put your foot down there is no waiting, its instant. There is only a little torque steer left, it is quite minimal now, only shows up if you mash it from a roll, but is easy to catch.
I would go for it for sure.
Cheers.

Agreed, can't go wrong with Damond Mounts.

I've had the RMM on my 09 MS3 for a couple of years and just did the PMM & TMM 800 miles ago. It was loud and harsh at first, but calmed down quickly. I also just replaced my AC compressor, and now it barely even vibrates or makes noise even with the AC on. At least compared to most other engine mount trio options out there.

Expensive, but highly recommended, a once and done mod, IMHO

Plus one on Damond mounts. I daily my car in LA traffic with the Damond mount trio and it’s not bad at all. You can hear/feel the engine/trans enough to feel connected to the car (as the previous poster mentioned, the slight gear whine is actually kind of nice), but not so much that it’s overwhelming or bothersome.
