(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Figured I'd post a lil review here. I've been working with Justin, off and on, for about a year and a half, and about 30k miles. He was there when my K04 got hungry and ate debris, to which he recommended I go GT2871r. So, I did. Now, due to extenuating circumstances, I started tuning with Rob when they had been teamed up, but when it came time to do the e85 tune, Rob took his infamous retreat. 0 hard feelings, he wasn't charging me for the tune, I still think he's a great guy, and I had a 93 map that was great for DDing - so no big deal. However, Justin decided to pick up where we left off and get my e85 tune done. Granted, I'd had the GT2871r for about 10k miles at this point, and probably never had more power than when I was on my e85 k04 tune. Anyway, I decided that I wanted to do this right, and being that I have a huge lack of flat roads in my area, I rented some time on the local dyno so Justin could remote tune me. We did get an initial revision done on the street, which helped out. I told Justin that my goals were (in order of importance): 1. Reliability. This is my DD and I don't have the funds or downtime to build or put in a new motor. 2. Safe power. I did not want to push my fueling and blow to the ragged edge. 3. I literally said "I'd be happy with anything between 360-380hp, but 375 would be nice"! Well, after 2 revisions and 3 pulls on the dyno, my 99993 mile GenPu put down 375.0hp and 350ft/lbs of tq. The curve is beautiful, and holy SHIT this car is a blast to drive now! The car scene around here is crap, so I haven't gotten to test it out against anything yet, but my father-in-law did just pick up a 2015 M3, and I've already called him out! Basically, I couldn't speak more highly of Justin's quality of work, and will always recommend him to anyone that has a platform he works on.
