Hey it was worth a shot. This will be my first Dragon, and I figured it may be pretty busy during certain parts of the day, so we might want something else to keep us occupied.

3 single queen rooms left @58.46 per night (reserved rooms are double queens fyi)

5 suites left at 76 per night. Thats all Thats left in the WHOLE HOTEL. Get on it if you have not reserved a room!

There are 50 something rooms. We have all blocked off except 10 or so. They were already reserved.

When I reserved a while back they said there were only single queens left, but they quoted me the original 67 per night rate. I might have to call and ask about this 58 rate. Hell, for the difference, maybe I'll just change to a suite.

Booked at the microtel for Friday and Saturday since those days I can make for sure. I still don't know if I can make it Thursday. If I can I may just try for a campsite that night.

Given all the activity I see on the Facebook buy/sell page, would it be feasible to have a buy/sell/trade session at the dragon? Sellers could show off their wares and answer questions, and buyers could get a good look at what's for sale.

The Microtel is all booked up but there are a couple of local motels just a few blocks away. I've stayed at the Philips Hotel a couple of times on the cheap, used to be $45 a night but they recently went up to $62 a night. Small rooms and very quaint (Dated) but was clean the times I stayed there. They also have several houses on the street behind the hotel they rent to groups, one with a fireplace ring. About three blocks from the Microtel Inn.
