It will be good to see you again broski! I've many a time pondered our semi-homo shenanigans out there. I should have given you the warmer heated blanket instead of the one that half worked lol. Looking forward to full-blown gayness this next year.

We need to grab 2/3 of the RV sites and set them up as a freaking base camp. Tie a huge tarp over the whole thing like we saw some guys do in fall (you missed it navysailor).

It's up to you. Last year there was a weenie roast and general get together at the campsite Thursday night. There are murmurs of that maybe happening again if people are willing to pitch in.

We had a drivers meeting of sorts way to fucking early on Friday morning. Either way you'll be fine.

People start rolling in as early as Monday, it's entirely up to you when you get there. I will say there is less traffic on the dragon during the early part of and more towards the weekend. That's is you want to get in some extra runs in.

The driver's meeting was likely that early so we could get out on the dragon before all the sight seeing and cruisers started flooding the place. Early morning and night are really your only shots at a clean run.

At ENM last spring, it seemed like most people would pull off if they knew you wanted by.

At MDC last fall, there was a fucking Can-Am Spyder convention or some bullshit and those fuckers never pulled off. I suppose it was karma when some dumb bitch ran off the road in her reverse tricycle and the ambulance had to come up from Tennessee. This combined with the usual biker hate toward anything with four wheels and made in Asia made the Dragon unbearable during the middle of the day.

If you can get your hungover ass out of bed, morning runs are nice. But night runs are tits.

We got in a full-length clean run around 10pm in the fall. Not one car in front of me, @anavrinIV;, and @ekklesia_ms3;

Early morning runs were the best...no traffic and some nice, crisp mountain air. Middle of the day was good for checking out the dam and stuff. Bringing lunch worked well too, I remember getting a good run in when everyone dipped out during meal time.

I haven't really found an optimal spot. I keep it in the drivers side door pocket without a holster. Have been trying to figure out a better solution but am coming up empty.

closest type thing i've come up with is, Best Concealed Carry Holster | IWB | Pocket Holsters and thinking about trying it out and mounting it in center console up against the side.

LCP in Desantis pocket holster fits snug as bug in the Gen 1 console. Like the spot was made for it. Ignore nasty console.
