I can't have mine that visible. We don't have a garage, and I park on the street. We live in a low-crime area, but it's still too much of a temptation for some punk walking by.

These cars don't make it easy to have a carry that is concealed, secured in place and easily accessible all at the same time.

I don't leave it there unless the car is in the garage and I plan to go back out. It's best not to leave a gun in the car. Mine is there for quick reach while driving but goes in my pocket if I get out of the car.

Cool, like i said wasn't sure if i read about the last meet there or not. How far from the hotel is the campground? And where do most of you all choose? Camping seems less likely to get in trouble for being loud/rowdy after a fun day of driving...but the hotel will surely be more comfortable.

Last year we had drinking in the parking lot of the hotel and the hotel gave us the conference room in order to play cornhole. The hotel loves us.

That's why I think I'm going to put my stock dunflops back on for MDC. I only put a couple thousand on them when I bought the car. I don't care if I use then up on the MDC weekend and they are already in my garage, so no rubber spending for the meat.
