ENM @ MDC 3 - Killboy Photo at Fontana
 

We have scheduled Killboy to come out and take some group photos like he has the past few years. Details below!

Where: Bottom of Fontana Dam, location below.

From the TOD store, take 28 towards Fontana. You will turn right just before the road goes over the river. If you cross the bridge, you've gone too far. I know these directions are super hillbilly, but the roads don't have names. It's just the lower dam access road.

When: Saturday 4/29 at 1030am. We need to be ready to go at 11. If you show up and we are already taking pics, you're shit outta luck. So get there ON TIME!!

There is NO ADDITIONAL COST for this! It comes out of the general bucket which is included with your dinner reservations. So make sure you guys all reserve dinner so we can keep this tradition alive!!

There is actually a better place on top of the dam that is much more picturesque, is where the DGRR takes their pic as well as the EECMM group when they used to do the Dragon meets. Upper parking lot next to the Dam.

yes that place is more picturesque, I kinda forgot about it...havent been to a photo shoot there in eons lol...I think the dam is just now tradition at this point plus it can fit everyone, that other lot is kinda small..and the pic u can see the cars have to be doubled up

I was thinking the exact same thing on size. It is a great place for photos but I was up there last weekend. There isn't enough room for us.(YEA WED FIT BUT IT'D BE TOO TIGHT)

The groups that stay at Fontana Village do it up there. But I'm sure we're not looking for someone that might charge.
