ENM @ MDC 3 - Tentative Schedule

Here is the tentative schedule for ENM this year. For the most part, it is a come and go as you please kind of thing. There are very few items that are set in stone.

If you would like to add something that you have a group going to, please feel free to post in here and I will add it.

The fun starts on Thursday! I will be there on Tuesday and others start to roll in around then as well. Post up once you're in the area so we can all get together!!

Items in bold below are the ones that you will really want to make sure you are available for.

Shirts/Dinner check-in - Microtel conference room - 8-9am
Group Meeting - Microtel conference room - 9-930am
Beer Sharing - Microtel - 7pm

Sat
Shirts/Dinner check-in - Microtel conference room - 8-9am
Killboy Picture - Bottom of Fontana Dam - 1030am SHARP
Shirts/Dinner check-in - Firehall - 430-530pm
Dinner @ Firehall - 530pm
Raffle @ Firehall - 730pm

Sun
Cleanup/Checkout - 11am

That's totally up to you guys... I know when TNKY did the weenie roast, we pooled the money together in our group.

It's later in the evening, so maybe just tell everyone not to come hungry?

How did it work last year? I wasn't there in time for the weenie roast, so I couldn't comment on that. If it needs to be removed, let me know.

Our biggest issue will be parking. We have 2 RV sites and don't have the Cabin. We are expecting more people than we originally planned to camp at those 2 site so not much parking will be available.

I spoke with the rest of the GA guys and I think its best we just cancel the Thursday night at camp and have 1 big Beer Sharing at the Hotel on Friday. It will be easier to get the few of us at camp to the hotel than everyone out to the campground.

Parking spaces are first come first serve, people can park along the road too if needed.

I am disappoint. The weenie roast last year was super awesome. I didn't make it the previous year because of a backup behind a traffic accident, among other things..

As usual I'll bring in supplies for the camp ground. A couple cases of water, sodas, smores supplies etc.
