New for sale rules (clarification)

I understand the new rules require 150 posts, to create a either a ' for sale' or 'want to buy' thread (see quote below), but does it also extend to just posting in a classified thread (I.e, asking a general question that might be beneficial to all instead of pm'ing)?

A minimum of 150 posts is required to sell on MSF effective immediately. Everyone can buy on existing For Sale threads regardless of posts. But there will be no posting of any "For Sale" threads, (or even a "Want To Buy" thread) is going to be allowed until the user has 150 decent posts. To you noobs thinking about it-Spam posting to build up post count is not allowed, and is subject to ban.

There is nothing to idicate one way or the other that members with 150 posts or less can or cannot reply to existing classifies threads with regards to the existing rules. Presently I can't reply or ask questions except through pm and it's just a minor inconvenience which I don't mind.

I was just hoping for some clarification is all. Perhaps it was just simply overlooked in vB settings?

I'm pretty sure I read the other day in another thread that this is the only way it can be set up with the desired effect.

I can't even bump one of my existing threads to add more information/clarification. All I can do is edit it. So if I want to drop the price and get it sold it really does no good because an edit won't bump it to the top - it remains buried on page 2, or 3, or 4......

because of the forum software, low-posters can PM sellers only. You cannot post until 150 total posts are made, period.
