Not boosting even on base tune

Hi Guys

Hope everyone is doing well.

I have a small problem and was hoping that someone could maybe shed some light on what my problem might be. Im currently tuning with VersaTuner and Im having the following problem:

Saturday afternoon, I removed my CAI to install an air straightener. After I broke the straightener ans reinstalled the CAI, I noticed that the car was not really boosting. Just the day before the car was boosting to 1.1bar but now its boosting to around 0.7 / 0.8 bar.

Tuesday night I helped a friend with his tune and then went over to do a MAF cal on my car. Started the car but it idled and died. Opened the hood and saw that my MAF vibrated loose. Fixed that, did a WOT run and power was down like 35wkw.

Got home today and took the CAI and TIP out. Checked all boost pipes, clamps etc. Fastened all the clamps properly.

Went for a run again and power was still down. So, I checked my tune. Im currently targeting a load of 1.8, but seeing as Im at an altitude of 5400ft, Im only seeing a max load of around 1.5 / 1.6. I raised the load targets to see if the car will boost to hit the higher loads, but no luck. MAF is also a bit low, but Ive not been able to get the MAF voltage higher than 4V and hence Im only flowing about 217 g/s. I think there is something wrong with my cai...but thats not my concern.

My wastegate duty cycle is also very low, its around 20 - 30% right through. But it targets around 60%.... Ive loaded the base map again but still the same result. So I dont really know what further to look for. Maybe someone could help?
