problems with stanback

im having trouble installing the 2.5 software onto my labtop. i keep getting an application error code. i tryed downloading it right from cp-e's websight and nothing same issue. can someone help me with this.

might be your computer software. i know vista 64 bit doesn't work good with it

i sent jordan a pm but no replys yet. so im at a lost again with this stupid car. i need to tune my standback couse i installed it yesterday and my afs are in the high 12s somtimes in the 13s.

i got it to work finally. i called jordan at cp-e and he new what the problem was. i just needed to install ms .net framework 3.5 and windows installer 3.1.and it works now

hey jordan its jorge. im having some issues when trying to tune with my standback.long story short is that the standback isnt responding correctly when we add or take out fuel. or any other changes.please call me when u gat a chance. 561-353-8235

There is usually someone at the shop all weekend long. If you have jordan's cell, try sending him a txt. That's a less invasive way to get his attention if you don't feel like calling on sunday .

make sure it is not in offline mode. it is at the bottom right corner of the screen. if it is just click where it says that and it should change to online mode.

thanks ill recheck the settings before i call today. this all happened when i was trying to tune it on the dyno.my tunner was trying to pull some fuel couse the af was in the low 10s. it wasnt changing much if any. then all of a suddend it is running very lean. 16s 17s.and the n we cant add fuel.so i tryed to bypass the standback and all works well with stock ecu.we both we a lil confused with this newer software. we couldnt figure out how to turn on the map tracer and y it was reacting the way it was.

good news it working now. what i did was check all setting to see if all was ok. but i dont know if any was changed by my tunner. so i just reset all setting and maps.went for a drive and its all working. so i did a lill street tune of my own. now im rinning 18psi with mid to high 11s afr.thanks guys.
