Default WOT now super lean, high stft, and stalling at idle.

Hey guys did a few wot pulls with the bnr, everything has been running flawlessly for about 2 weeks, logs have been looking good up until tonight.

Car was pulling hard, then after data log, the cl driving became very stumbly! Once down to idle the car actually stalls out, trying flashing a new map the only code i had was u0100.

The first data log is before it started to shit the bed..

The second is a log of low rpm cruise with the current problem. Checked all conections everything looks good.

Ive noticed the commanded fp is way off from the actual , really high stft +25

and afr super lean in CL driving.

Please help me diagnose the problem I will be willing pay pal some money to whoever can help!

Blew a boost tube maybe. Vacuum leak taking in un-metered air? Looks like your MAf is getting a little crazy for a crusing maybe a loose connection.

first off what are u commanding for afr and your maf sensor could be going out. i would reccomend cleaning it with maf cleaner and see if that helps. looking at logs now..

Thanks , I actually cleaned it a few days ago and its been fine since then, lots of wot runs since then. Checking fuses now! Could it be a relief valve? Ive been following abilors guide, so 14.7 CL and ive been commanding 10.90 and actual AFR has been about a full point leaner.
ex. command 11.00 actual 12.00

it has to be something involving airflow. u said u checked all the intake components? what about exhaust leaks, primary 02 could be on the fritz, the tune has stayed the same yes?

just checked all fuses except the 2 I wanted the must fuel pump and inj. They are the 30amp fuse but are a solid colour couldnt tell if they were blown. The code it threw said the description read :
Lost Communication with engine control module/powertrain control module.

Tune was slightly different added .5 more psi (commanding 18.5 psi) and added some fuel 11.00 - 10.90.

I am catless and have the cat code deleted. It was completely fine for one other wot run. the second log ( good log listed here) was also perfect ! it was the low throttle driving right after started to fluctuate. stopped then couldnt hold idle stalls every time. It will drive but have to stay on the gas.

hmm, have you tried resetting the ecu by unplugging the battery?

I did once but may be i never left the terminal off long enough. I'll do it again.

AND im so close on the list to a atvfreek tune, I've been inline for a while.

Im thinking the maf might be ok i had one fail before and the car was way more uncontrollable.

def leaning more towards the o2. I just cant see what could just make it fail out of the blue.

If it is actually a leak it is sucking in air.

Prime culprits would be:

1) Check the TIP to turbo connection.
2) All vacuum lines
3) MAF sensor. If the MAF does not sit flush it will not meter properly.

Also, if you have a PnP intake manifold what did you use to plug the hole on the side of the manifold where the VTCS rod used to go?

Many people use JB Weld and it does pop out sometimes..

Status update: went to start the car this morning. Ran for about 3-5 arcs and stalls out. Going to do more vac/ mani inspection s after work. And order a new purge solinoid and may be relief valve.

You could have a leak pre turbo as your stft is pegged at 25%+. Your hpfp pressure looks low at cruise and 2100 rpm. But it could just be how it is tuned. Looks like fp is fluctuating more than normal for the minimal amount of load and map change.

You nailed it bud! I searched the car top to bottom for leaks, sure enough i found a strange looking piece on my tranny and it was the one opening we used jb weld on the plug for the vtcs rod! placed it back in to see if that was the leak. sure enough the bitch fired right up and ran flawlessly. So we removed it again and tapped it used a pipe plug and vola the tuning continues.

pm me your paypal address so i can hook you up with a few bucks!

To everyone else thanks so much for all the help, now i know what to look for next time im wot with problems lol
